Arnold Zapatero is the president of A-Z Heating and A/C, Corp. He has been working in the industry for over 37 years. Along with A/C and heating, Arnold has experience as a certified building contractor where he has built commercial buildings and residential homes including large homes, duplex and triplex homes. Arnold has stopped construction in 1992 to focus on his A/C and energy rating work, and as the world turned more energy conscious, Arnold has made sure to stay on the leading edge of technology by obtaining advanced tools and certifications as an Energy Gauge rater.
